Mr. K. David Raju Kuppala, Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, serves as the Convener of the SRKR Coding Club. With over 15 years of teaching experience and expertise in Web Technologies, Data Structures, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, he actively mentors students, organizes technical events, and plays a key role in fostering coding culture and innovation through workshops, hackathons, and training programs.

CodeQuest is a daily problem-solving challenge organized by the SRKR Coding Club to foster consistent coding practice and strengthen students’ problem-solving skills. Every day, a Problem of the Day (POTD) is shared in a dedicated WhatsApp group, covering a wide range of topics—from basic programming to advanced Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). The initiative encourages regular engagement, peer learning, and steady progress, helping students prepare for competitive programming and technical interviews.
EdgeCase is a bi-weekly programming contest organized by the SRKR Coding Club to promote consistent coding and healthy competition among students. Held every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month on HackerRank, the contest features three curated challenges—Easy, Medium, and Hard—based on topics announced monthly. It’s open to all 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-year students, encouraging them to test their skills, track their progress, and grow as competitive coders.
Icon Coderz is an intra-college coding competition conducted by the SRKR Coding Club at SRKR Engineering College, Bhimavaram. The SRKR Coding Club, in collaboration with Vils.AI, conducted a hands-on Full Stack Development Course open to students of SRKR and other colleges. Covering a modern tech stack—HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, GitHub, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB—the course focused on real-time project development and practical skills. Delivered by industry experts, it offered students exposure to real-world development workflows. To reward excellence, the top two performers were offered paid internships with Vils.AI, providing them valuable industry experience and mentorship.
