In a significant step toward enhancing the global competency of its students, SRKR Engineering College has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Skool of Languages, a reputed institute specializing in foreign language training. This collaboration aims to offer structured Spanish language training to students during the academic year 2024–25.
Spanish, being one of the most widely spoken languages in the world, opens up a wide range of opportunities in higher education, international employment, and global networking. Recognizing this, the Centre for Foreign Languages at SRKR has taken this initiative to ensure students receive quality instruction aligned with international standards. Through this partnership, students will undergo a comprehensive training program designed and delivered by certified language professionals from Skool of Languages. The curriculum will focus on all four core skills; listening, speaking, reading, and writing while also integrating cultural awareness components to help learners appreciate the rich Hispanic heritage.
The MoU marks an important milestone in SRKR's commitment to global education and cross-cultural learning. By offering Spanish as part of its language education portfolio, the college empowers its students to become more versatile, competitive, and culturally aware professionals in today's globalized world.
