Department research centre is equipped with State-of-the-art facilities to facilitate
the faculty and Post graduate students to do their research work on emerging
technologies like Mobile Applications, Cloud Computing, Big Data analytics, Cyber security and Ethical Hacking etc.
- Research & Development Cell (R&D Cell) Research and development cell is mainly established with a vision of creating a platform for the Faculty to do research and Students to implement their innovative ideas by doing Technical and Research Projects in multi disciplinary research trends of Information Technology using Cutting edge Technologies.
- Excellency Centers The department is established to Excellency centers
- Center for Knowledge of Life (CNL) Automation and maintenance of Ayurvedic Medicinal Plants web Portal
- Center for Bioinformatics Research (CBR) The Centre for Bioinformatics Research (CBR) of SRKREC has been established to take up research in the area of bioinformatics, primarily to analyze genome sequences of various organisms including humans. The centre has received research support from DST and also has formed active research collaborations with research centers of national and international reputation that include CDFD (Hyderabad), University of Technology (Sydney, Australia), University of Virginia School of Medicine (USA) and IIT Delhi.
