To address the changing trends in technology in the engineering colleges, AICTE is taking necessary steps" says Srinivasa Rao assistant professor in NIT Warangal.
On the occasion of the opening of 2 Weeks workshop on Deep Learning and Big Data Analytics he added that the teachers should undergo training to introduce the changes in the technology to the students and help them bridge the gap between the industry and educational institutions, and for this initiative AICTE will be reaching out to the colleges with the financial help they need.
Dr M Jagapathi Raju, Principal added that SRKR engineering college has been organising Faculty development programs over the years particular to each department.Faculty and Educational instructors in and around the AP are drawn towards the training and are receiving it.
The ceremony was followed by the felicitation of Mr Srinivasa Rao by the college correspondent Sagi Vittal Rangaraju.
Among the other dignitaries who attended the program are IT head N.K.Kameswarao(Convenor of the workshop) and Asst Professor K. Kishore Raju(coordinator of the program).
